Data controller

The data controller is Monika Harasim, operating as Monalite Studio, Biłgoraj, contact: mharasim@monalite.pl, tel. 517 604 609.

Scope and purposes of processing

• Contact form / Quote - name, email, phone, message content, selected configuration and budget - to respond and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Conclusion and performance of contract and settlements - name and surname / company data, tax ID, address, email - to execute the order, handle financial settlement via Useme and secure potential claims (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Own analytics - anonymous traffic measurements (beacon POST /api/track, PageView/AnalyticsEvent) - only with analytics consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Marketing / CTA - contact data interactions (tel/email clicks), Meta pixel (Facebook Pixel ID: 1693897538340480) - only with marketing consent.

Voluntary provision of data (Art. 13(2)(e) GDPR): Providing data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to prepare a quote, establish contact and potentially carry out the order.

Cookies

We use 4 categories of cookies:

• Necessary - required for the site to function, for security and to save your preferences (always active).
• Analytics - traffic measurement, visit source analysis and site optimisation.
• Marketing - Meta (Facebook) pixel for measuring ad effectiveness and marketing content personalization.
• Functional - remembering user settings and personalising the interface.

We store consents in localStorage under the key monalite_cookie_consent in the format {version, timestamp, consents: {necessary, analytics, marketing, functional}}. No consent = privacy-by-default mode - analytics/marketing scripts are not run. You can change consent in the footer “Cookie settings” or by clearing site data.

Retention period

• Form data and offer correspondence: up to 24 months from last contact.
• Data from completed orders and contracts: for the limitation period for civil claims (usually 3 to 6 years) or as required by law.
• Analytics logs: up to 26 months.
• Cookie consents: up to 12 months or until withdrawn / browser storage cleared.

User rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). Contact: mharasim@monalite.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

No profiling (Art. 13(2)(f) GDPR): Your data is not subject to automated decision-making with legal effects (no profiling).

Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed only to trusted entities supporting our operations:

• IT subcontractors and hosting (e.g. PostgreSQL database, mail servers).
• Useme Sp. z o.o. - if cooperation is established, to conclude a contract and handle invoicing.

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without appropriate legal safeguards required by the GDPR.
